Job Context
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Titas Gas, Power Development Board, and local administrations to ensure uninterrupted utility supply at optimal costs.
Job Description/Responsibility
- Act as single point of contact for Titas Gas, PDB, WASA, and local government offices.
- Resolve gas pressure, billing disputes, and new connection issues proactively.
- Monitor utility consumption and escalate supply interruptions within 30 minutes.
- Negotiate penalty waivers or installment payments for utility bills.
- Organize quarterly stakeholder meetings with utility authorities.
- Track policy changes in energy, gas, and electricity tariffs.
- Manage community relations to avoid local disruption to factory operations.
- Prepare impact notes for any proposed utility disconnection or load shedding.
- Represent company in district-level coordination committees.
- Secure necessary no-objection certificates from local administration.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Public Administration.
Experience Requirements
5 - 10 years of experience is required.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Cement, Steel
Skills Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- 8+ years in public relations, energy liaison, or regulatory affairs for Manager; 5+ years for Deputy Manager.
- Prior experience with Titas, PDB, or BREB mandatory.
