Job Description/Responsibility
- Provide first aid treatment in accordance with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) and professional practice guidelines.
- Obtain health history and perform physical examination of the patients.
- Diagnosis and direct counselling of each patient on a plan of treatment.
- Updates patient charts and maintain records and timely reporting to HR Department.
- Keeping records and documentation of patient injuries.
- Assessment, planning, implementation and maintain high standard of nursing care for patients.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, providing necessary instructions and follow-up care.
- Listens, finds a solution and follows through when resolving employees problems
- Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
- Maintains a favourable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the management / Doctor or his/her designate.
Education Requirements
- Diploma(Diploma in Nursing) completed.

Experience Requirements
3 - 7 years of experience is required.
