Job Description/Responsibility
- Oversee forecast and monthly monitoring of revenue, including streamlining processes and supervising account reconciliations
- Support P+L leaders in the consolidation of forecasts and monitoring of core economics of the event
- Lead projects / model development to answer specific questions related to financial performance or strategic initiatives and identify recommendations to drive results
- Conduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data, including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, channel and product analysis, pipeline analysis
- Maintain consolidation of the Olympics long-range plan financial models and scenario analysis
- Assist in scaling and automating processes for financial and operational reporting
- Partner with the Olympics and broader OL accounting teams as needed on monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and forex strategy and planning
- Collaborate with sales leadership on commission planning and calculate commission payments to sales teams on a monthly basis
- Ensure consistency in invoice payment tracking across Point of Sale and Accounting systems
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
