Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure presentation.

Ensure tables are set up properly and cleared efficiently after service.

Upsell and recommend IZAKAYA’s signature dishes and Drinks offerings.

Handle guest complaints or concerns with a calm and professional demeanor, escalating to management when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations.

Process customer payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.

Assist in restocking supplies, setting up the dining area, and closing duties.

Comply with all health and safety regulations during shifts.

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, preferably in a Japanese or Asian dining environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and personal presentation.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
