Job Description/Responsibility
- Lead, mentor and build high performing Central Planning team to manage the multiple SBU’s.
- Drive Monthly SBU wise S&OP with stakeholders Factory, Marketing, Finance and Sales.
- Prepare rolling 12 months Statistical Forecasting from supply chain and derive.
- Consensus Demand Plan (CDP) for forward 12 months with Sales forecast and stat forecast
- Production planning in alignment with Factory/3P Plant for operational level (30 days) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for operational level (30 days).
- Production planning in alignment with Factory/3P Plant for strategic level (rolling 12 months) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for strategic level (rolling 12 months).
- SBU wise Material Rate Variance calculation against budget and forecast rate for past month/past quarter and SPLY (same period last year).
- Future SBU wise Material Rate forecast rolling 6 months against budget in alignment with Procurement.
- Periodic Safety stock review with Procurement and Factory team for raw and pack materials and FG.
- SLOB (Slow, Non-Moving, Obsolete inv.) Monitoring, Reporting and escalation at S&OP cycle meetings.
- Depot/Distribution point wise SKU level Replenishment planning to ensure FG availability.
- Monitoring overall Supply Chain KPIs (M1, M3 DPA and Bias, Inventory Holding vs Norm, SLOB, Case Fill rate, OTIF etc) with Monthly and daily dashboards and visibility tools for performance monitoring.
- Conduct periodic ABC/XYZ inventory analyses, coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, and manage the Supply Chain Control Tower to ensure accurate data visibility across all SBUs.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Master’s in Supply Chain/IPE/Business Administration.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience is required.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel
Skills Requirements
- Strong use of planning & reporting automation by tools like n8n and Power BI
- Excellent leadership and cross functional stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working for annual budget exercise
- Strong understanding on P&L, Cash Flow and Working capital management
