Job Description/Responsibility
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide legal advice to senior management on corporate transactions and other legal issues to guide the organization's legal strategy.
- Draft, review and negotiate various legal documents including contracts and agreements.
- Prepare, compile and submit all regulatory documents.
- Manage filings and communications with regulatory authorities and stay updated on legal and regulatory changes.
- Maintain communication and professional relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Oversee and manage all legal matters related to estate administration, documentation and compliance as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Minimum LL.B degree from a reputed university
- LL.M degree (Preferable)
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Skills Requirements
- Age at most 32 years (Preferred)
- Experience in relevant role & industry will get preference
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be highly motivated to work in the plant
- Willingness to travel as needed
