Job Context
- The Japanese Language Instructor is responsible for teaching and guiding students preparing for Japanese language proficiency exams such as NAT, JLPT, JFT, and JPT.
The primary goal is to ensure that each student can successfully pass the exam on the first attempt through proper instruction, support, and continuous assessment.
The instructor will work with a diverse group of male and female students, maintaining an engaging and respectful classroom environment.
Job Description/Responsibility
Teach and Guide Students Effectively:
Deliver comprehensive lessons focused on preparing students for NAT, JLPT, JFT, and JPT exams, ensuring they fully understand grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and listening components.
Ensure Student Success:
Provide structured learning support so that students can confidently pass their exams on the first attempt.
Develop Lesson Plans and Materials:
Prepare detailed lesson plans, class notes, and supplementary teaching materials to support different learning levels and styles.
Conduct Regular Mock Tests:
Arrange and evaluate multiple mock tests before the main exam to assess student readiness and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor Student Progress:
Continuously track student performance and understanding, offering additional support to weaker students as needed.
Provide Individual Support:
Assist students facing learning difficulties or personal study challenges through email, phone calls, text messages, or in-person consultations.
Maintain Classroom Management:
Create and maintain a disciplined, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where both male and female students can learn comfortably.
Deliver Engaging Lessons:
Conduct interactive and motivating classes that encourage student participation and make learning enjoyable.
Update Teaching Methods:
Stay informed about the latest teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and exam trends to continuously improve instruction quality.
Build Strong Student Connections:
Establish positive communication and relationships with all students to create a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Japanese Language Certificate Requirements: Minimum N3 level
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
