Job Description/Responsibility
- Install, assemble, and set up mechanical systems and machinery according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure that equipment is correctly configured and operational following installation.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, identifying faulty components, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Adjust and fine-tune mechanical systems to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with engineers, other technicians, and production teams to support the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to mechanical failures and issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring that production schedules are maintained.
Additional Academic Requirements
- HSC (Vocational)
- Diploma in Electrical
- Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
