Job Description/Responsibility

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Finance Function at Bangladesh and act as a trusted financial advisor to General Manager of the business.
Lead the development of Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Deep Dive, Rolling Forecasts, and periodic business assessments by providing value-added business diagnosis across the BU.
Partner with cross functional PEP and bottler teams to drive PepsiCo top-line and bottom-line growth aspirations, including the business Transformation and cross-BU Productivity agendas.
Lead Performance Management Reviews through Dashboards and critical business insight to improve business decision making / on-going P&L trade-offs.
Drive Operating Productivity, Transformation, Capex / Working Capital in partnership with cross-functional and strengthen business processes and governance.
Coach, develop and build capability of the Finance team in Bangladesh.
Fostering good relationships with communities and governmental organizations and ensure that the organization remains compliant and a good corporate citizen.
Proactively managing the interface and relationship with all relevant partners (PepsiCo & Transcom) aligning around business goals and strategies and optimizing resources.

Additional Academic Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience Requirements

10 - 15 years of experience is required.

Additional Experience Requirements

Extensive experience in finance, accounting, or a related area, usually with at least 10-15 years, including experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience in Foods & Beverages industries with at-least 5 years of experience.

Skills Requirements

High level of executive maturity in driving tough agendas with a balanced mindset.
Capability to build short / medium / long term plans to support business strategic priorities.
Ability to lead, develop and motivate others, including senior level management.
