This is to notify that The First Construction of China Mechanical Industry Co., Ltd. Inc. Bangladesh Branch had a Branch Office (Branch Office) in Bangladesh which was in operation till 20/09/2025. Now The First Construction of China Mechanical Industry Co., Ltd. Inc. Bangladesh Branch is no longer in operation and decided to apply for obtaining Branch Office closure certificate from Bangladesh Investment Development Authority. In this regard, please let us know if you have any outstanding claims or dues from the Branch Office along with relevant correspondence, supporting documents and evidence within three months We will not be obliged to settle any dues or entertain any claims after the stipulated period.
