Job Description/Responsibility

Tandoor Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor-based dishes, including naan, roti, tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other grilled specialties.

Preparation & Marination: Prepare and marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables as per the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

Oven Management: Operate, clean, and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring it is always in proper working condition.

Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality, taste, and presentation standards before serving.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and maintaining adequate stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Menu Development: Contribute ideas for new tandoor dishes and assist in the development of seasonal or special menus.

Additional Academic Requirements

Secondary

Educational qualification might be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience is required.
