Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to create production-friendly designs while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Experience in working with international fashion brands is preferred.

Practical experience with screen separation techniques, color matching, and print execution.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Additional training or certification in textile design, screen printing, or apparel graphics is a plus.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software.

• Knowledge of screen printing techniques.

• Must have a good understanding of color separation, all-over design and dot design, pattern etc.

• Understanding of fabric behavior and ink compatibility.

• Ability to prepare print-ready files with proper color separation.

• Experience with mock-up development and sample approvals.
