Additional Academic Requirements
- A candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a business, scientific, or quantitative field; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- +7 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or a similar role.
Skills Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create complex financial models and manage large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial partners.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with accounting, operations, and external, program development partners.
