Job Description/Responsibility

অফিসে কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীবৃন্দ এবং ভিজিটরদের আপ্যায়নের কাজ।

অফিসের প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল গুছিয়ে রাখা।

কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশে অফিসিয়াল কাজে বাহিরে যেতে হবে।

পোশাক-পরিচ্ছেদ পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন হতে হবে এবং অফিস নির্ধারিত ড্রেস কোড মানতে হবে।

কোন বিশেষ প্রয়োজন ছাড়া মাসে ২৬ দিনের কম কাজ করা যাবে না।

প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুযায়ী যখন যে কাজ বা দায়িত্ব অর্পণ করা হবে তা সঠিকভাবে পালন করা।

ম্যানেজমেন্ট থেকে নির্দেশাবলী / আদেশ অনুসরণ করা।

অফিস ত্যাগের পূর্বে সমস্ত লাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি বন্ধকরণ নিশ্চিত করা।
