Job Description/Responsibility

র‍্যাংগস গ্রুপের অঙ্গ প্রতিষ্ঠান 'শিল্ড সিকিউরিটি সার্ভিস লিঃ' কর্তৃক জরুরী ভিত্তিতে সিকিউরিটি গার্ড নিয়োগ করা হবে।

Compensation/Benefits

মাসিক বেতন ৮ ঘন্টার জন্য ১০,১০০/- থেকে ১৬,০০০/- টাকা এবং ওভার টাইমসহ ১৫৫০০/- থেকে ১৯,৫০০/-টাকা প্রদান করা হবে (বাসস্থান কোম্পানীর ব্যবস্থাপনায়)। এছাড়াও রয়েছে অতিরিক্ত ওভার টাইম করার সুবিধা।

বেতন ভাতা, বাৎসরিক ৩ টি বোনাস, গ্রাচ্যুয়িটি, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড এবং মৃত্যু বীমার সুবিধা। মাসিক বেতন ও ভাতা প্রত্যেক মাসের ০১ থেকে ০৫ তারিখে মধ্যে স্ব স্ব নিরাপত্তা প্রহরীদের ব্যাংক একাউন্ট এর অনুকুলে প্রেরনের নিশ্চয়তা (প্রশিক্ষণকালীন থাকা ও খাওয়ার খরচ কোম্পানী কর্তৃক বহন করা হয়)। চাকুরী কালীন সময়ে র্ভতুকী মূল্যে কোম্পানীর ব্যবস্থাপনায় থাকা ও খাওয়ার সুব্যবস্থা আছে।
