Job Description/Responsibility
- Continuously deliver high-quality service and problem resolution to ensure our organization is adhering to the high service levels expected by our clients
- Internal pipeline management and metric reporting within the InSite tracking app
- Track, manage, and communicate milestones and deliverables in Insite for client-facing reports
- Assist Project Managers with report and dashboard support.
- Support project managers in monitoring job statuses to ensure jobs meet deadlines.
- Daily communication within the engineering management team
- Assist in driving and completing department initiatives.
- Document processes and aid in creating departmental efficiencies
- Facilitate frequent meetings with the team to accomplish the project goals.
- Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is required to support the needs of the team and the customer.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.

Skills Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Expert-level ability with Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.
- Working knowledge of relevant project-related software
- Must be able to perform and prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; travel may be required by air or vehicle
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience in telecommunications preferred.
- Experience working with Brightspeed/Google work preferred.
