Job Description/Responsibility
We are seeking interns to join our team, with potential opportunities to transition to full-time employment upon completion of the internship. The internship offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in the industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource assisting internal associates as needed.
- Client Payroll Files: Ensure all client payroll files are properly maintained and saved in the designated server directories.
- Project Management: Work on quarterly statements and other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Contact Management: Maintain up-to-date key client information in contact management systems, and communicate with the transition team regarding any missing information.
- Continuous Development: Proactively develop your knowledge, skills, and credentials. Communicate development needs to your manager as applicable.
- Project and Task Management: Undertake any new official projects or tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- Confidential Data Handling: Protect, secure, and handle all confidential data appropriately to prevent unauthorized access, improper transmission, or unapproved disclosure that could harm the company or our clients.

Skills Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, manage tasks and meet in connection with business operations, including related qualified retirement plan compliance matters
- Must have strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple work assignments.
- Must have Basic computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, Outlook function & operation.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
