Job Descriptions:

• Conducting Assessment of all Capital Machinery equipment and Tools health through surveys, feedback and chalking out improvement actions for closing gaps.
• Ensuring total progress involvement through integrated work systems journey with zero loss.
• Leading the team to progress and adapt for stretching goals using the best practices available across the world for Toyota way.
• Coordinating for projects leading to Cycle time reduction, Quality Improvements, Lean & cost reduction through DMAIC process and kaizen events as 6 sigma Black Felt.
• Manufacturing Oversight: Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output, cost-efficiency, and adherence to international safety standards.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of power station projects, from planning and design to construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all manufacturing and project sites strictly comply with national environmental laws and international HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil) from a reputed university.
• An MBA or advanced degree in Project Management is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Proven track record in executive leadership, complex problem-solving, and managing multicultural teams in a global environment.
