Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement translation management systems and procedures.
2. Conduct comprehensive translation quality assessment based on LQA scores, work attitude, negative feedback, and on-time delivery rate. 
   
3. Organize internal specialized training for translators based on monthly quality reports and typical error analysis.
   
4. Support theoretical, on-site, and simulator training and examinations for local employees by translating materials, delivering training, invigilating, and grading. 
   
5. Ensure quality control and closed-loop management for written translation tasks. 
   
6. Perform written translation of contracts, technical documents, reports, and other materials. 
   
7. Maintain and update terminology databases. 
   
8. Organize cross-department terminology review meetings to ensure consistency. 
   
9. Coordinate and handle ad-hoc tasks such as accompanying staff for medical visits or other external needs. 
   
10. Provide 24-hour on-call support for onsite emergency interpretation. 
    
11. Execute other routine daily tasks as assigned by the department. 
    
12. Review and proofread translated materials to align with technical and cultural context. 
    
13. Collaborate with technical departments to ensure accuracy of specialized content. 
    
14. Develop and update translation guidelines and style guides for the power plant domain. 
    
15. Monitor and report on translation performance metrics and improvement areas.
