Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in senior management or leadership roles, preferably as a manager, supervisor or equivalent position.
2.  Strong hands-on experience in strategic planning, business development & operational leadership, ensuring sustainable growth and efficient performance of the branch office.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and mange cross cultural teams, including coordination with local employees, international stakeholders and head office management.
4. Practical experience in financial management, budgeting reporting and regulatory compliance with sound knowledge of local business laws and corporate governance.
5. Proven track record in representing the organization before clients, partners and government authorities along with excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage overall operations of the branch office in line with company objectives and policies.
2. Oversee financial management, including budgeting cost control, revenue generation and financial reporting.
3. Supervise, recruit and development local and expatriate staff, ensuring effective team performance and compliance with HR policies.
4. Monitor and evaluate branch performance and submit regular reports to Head office.
5. Represent the company professionally in official meeting negotiations and external engagement.
6. Manage risks, resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day business continuity.
