Job Description/Responsibility
- Lead and develop a team of Managers, Supervisors, Financial Analysts and Specialists.
- Oversee the company’s monthly operating expense forecast process and provide reporting and analysis that clearly communicates current performance compared to forecast.
- Proactively challenge changes in spend, including the business need for various products and services, and assist department owners in considering how their proposed changes impact profitability.
- Oversee the financial impact analysis of proposed investments, initiatives, and strategic decisions.
- Oversee the Purchasing & Vendor Management processes, including ensuring that leaders are making sound spending decisions, enforcing all invoice and purchase order approval limits, supporting new vendor due diligence/vendor compliance, and conducting periodic vendor risk assessments to mitigate CA’s risk.
- Review business value proposals for all material purchases and make recommendations regarding material spending decisions.
- Ensure dealer payments, dealer billings and team member commissions are calculated and processed properly.
- Oversees the company’s escheats payable process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of all payables and receivables activities, while executing all necessary internal controls.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of related accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing a professional-level team.
