• Greet Applicants

Be polite, helpful, and attentive. People coming into the office may have limited knowledge surrounding the process and may be looking to us for guidance and information in layman’s terms.

• Provide Technical Assistance, as needed

Applicants will either have their application completely or partially filled out and ready for submission or they may have questions regarding the application.

• Scan Required Documents

Applications require certain documentation attached; office staff will be required to scan and attach an applicant’s documents to their online application. Refer to Scanning Demo or Desk Level Procedures for more information.

• Enter data from mailed-in applications, using extra care and caution to avoid data entry errors.
• Scan mailed-in documentation into the system with the corresponding application.
• Escalate questions, issues, or concerns to the Regional Supervisor
• Provide collated mailed-in application packages to the Regional Intern for cataloging and storage.

• Secondary School Certificate (SSC) completed.
