The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to The HR Manager and teammates. You will also assist in updating our employee records with new hire information, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. You will assist in organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies, and procedures.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms, personal file management and also
- Perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting an online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates and Coordinate interview.
- Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Applicant reference check.
- Review and distribute company strategies by hard copies (e.g. notice board, brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/forums/company website).
- Responsible to create form related to HR Manual Book as per the guidelines of HR Manager
- Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
- Assist HR Manager to arrange Board Meeting, Executive Committee meeting, management meeting and open hall meeting with all staff as and when necessary.
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Training/Trade Course: MS Excel knowledge mandatory
