We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for assisting us with general accounting duties such as: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and other assorted duties.
Job Description/Responsibility
- Execute accounting operations, including accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Will be primary communicator of pricing, quantity discrepancies to procurement
- Work cross functionally with AM team on a bi-monthly basis to allow for tracking of overdue accounts.
- Primary point of contact for pastry and logistics vendors
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- 1+ years of accounting experience
Skills Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work cross functionally and communicate
