Taking medical histories

Explaining treatment procedures to patients

Instructing patients about medication and special diets

Answering telephones

Welcoming patients

Updating and filing patient medical records

Arranging hospital admissions and laboratory services for patients

Arranging tea/coffee and other refreshments for the doctors

Providing overall support to the doctor

Education Requirements

Diploma(Diploma in Medical Technology) completed.
