Job Description/Responsibility

Candidates have to make inbound and outbound calls and write professional emails to sell our services by giving detail information and offers with appropriate accent.
Overall relationship with the Product Team & Customers.
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our Client.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result Oriented

Education Requirements

Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)) completed.

Additional Academic Requirements

BBA in Marketing/ Hon`s English/ Bachelor degree in any discipline/ B.Sc in Engineering EEE/ CSE (Completed or in last Semester)

Experience Requirements

No experience is required. Fresher can also apply.

Industry Type
