Job Description/Responsibility
Job Overview: The role of UI UX designer is to Design beautiful looking modern website, landing pages and admin panels with responsiveness.Turn ideas into a feasible UI design to full fill business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design beautiful looking modern websites, landing pages and admin panels with responsiveness.
-Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful.
- Design flows and experiences across platforms.
-Working closely with engineers, designers, and product lead & marketing team on the feasibility as they build and ship ideas.
-Iterating ideas based on feedback from the whole team and internal stakeholders.
-Identify new design improvement opportunities and run A/B Test.

- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)) completed.
Additional Academic Requirements
- We Seek Talents not degree but having B.Sc in CSE, CS, EEE or any equivalent degree will be a plus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- Must have (2) years of experience in the relevant field
Skills Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color, and other design principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into quick concepts.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.
- You can think at a high level about creative strategy and vision (not just ‘how it looks’ but ‘why we should build’).
- Proficiency in the latest design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with an iterative design process: incorporating feedback, launching quickly, and testing hypotheses in an agile environment.
