Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Candidates should have experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource information Systems (HRIS) software such as Workday and iCIMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
